Description

A quick and healthy twist on classic pizza using cottage cheese, whole grain bread, and your favorite toppings, perfect for snacks or light meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 4 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella or preferred)
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on each slice of whole grain bread.
  3. Spoon cottage cheese on top and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cottage cheese.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.
  7. Place the prepared toasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
