- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 4 slices Whole Grain Bread
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella or preferred)
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce on each slice of whole grain bread.
- Spoon cottage cheese on top and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cottage cheese.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.
- Place the prepared toasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
