Description
A quick and satisfying tortilla pizza made in the air fryer, ready in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 (8-inch) tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 6–8 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Combine the grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Brush or spray both sides of the tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle half of your seasoning mixture over them.
- Spread an even layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla, then add your pepperoni and shredded mozzarella. Don’t forget to sprinkle the reserved seasoning on top!
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then carefully place one tortilla pizza inside and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the air fryer basket and let the pizza sit for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up.
- Use a spatula to remove the pizza, then repeat the cooking process for the second pizza.
- Slice into triangles and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
