Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add the flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix until it forms a cohesive dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Punch the risen dough down and spread it out on a greased baking sheet, creating dimples across the surface with your fingers.
  7. Spread the creamy dressing over the dough, then top with sliced dill pickles and shredded mozzarella cheese.
