Instructions
- Combine the sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic in your crockpot.
- Mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt in a separate bowl. Pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (3-4 hours), until the beef is fork-tender.
- Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth, then stir it into the crockpot about 30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
- Serve the delicious pepper steak over warm, fluffy cooked rice.
