- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Toss the shrimp into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
- Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use a timer to avoid overcooking shrimp. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen for a month. Thaw safely before reheating.
