Description

A quick and delicious seafood dish with perfectly tender shrimp enveloped in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
  3. Toss the shrimp into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use a timer to avoid overcooking shrimp. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen for a month. Thaw safely before reheating.
