  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 23 jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken fillets in buttermilk for at least one hour.
  2. Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for the coating.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Dredge each chicken fillet in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Make the glaze by melting butter, adding honey and jalapenos, and simmering.
