Description

A crunchy, spicy alternative to traditional buffalo wings made with cauliflower, perfect for parties or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the batter is smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter, ensuring it’s well coated, then place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with oil to help them crisp up during baking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then remove them from the oven.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce, coating each piece thoroughly.
  7. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they reach your desired crispiness.
  8. Serve hot as an irresistible appetizer or snack!

Notes
