- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the batter is smooth in a large bowl.
- Dip each cauliflower piece into the batter, ensuring it’s well coated, then place them on the baking sheet.
- Spray the cauliflower lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with oil to help them crisp up during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then remove them from the oven.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce, coating each piece thoroughly.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they reach your desired crispiness.
- Serve hot as an irresistible appetizer or snack!
Notes
For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
