Description

A delicious bowl filled with crispy salmon bites, fresh vegetables, and creamy avocado, drizzled with zesty bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots (or your choice of colorful vegetables)
  • Steamed rice
  • Ripe avocado
  • Bang bang sauce (made from mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the salmon bites, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Layer steaming rice, fresh sliced vegetables, and creamy avocado in serving bowls.
  7. Top with the crispy salmon bites and drizzle generously with the bang bang sauce.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, coat the salmon bites in panko breadcrumbs before cooking. Can substitute salmon with shrimp or tofu.
