Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the salmon bites, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Layer steaming rice, fresh sliced vegetables, and creamy avocado in serving bowls.
- Top with the crispy salmon bites and drizzle generously with the bang bang sauce.

Notes
