- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 grams)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, 50 grams)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly. Remove a thin layer of skin with a vegetable peeler if desired.
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the zucchini slices into the bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook the zucchini chips for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the chips when golden brown and crispy, let them cool slightly, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a creamy dip like garlic aioli or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
