Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis (about 500 grams)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 grams)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, 50 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly. Remove a thin layer of skin with a vegetable peeler if desired.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Place the zucchini slices into the bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  7. Cook the zucchini chips for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remove the chips when golden brown and crispy, let them cool slightly, and serve immediately.
