- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Core and slice the apples into thin wedges.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- Dip each apple slice into the melted butter, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated.
- Coat the apple wedges with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the coated apple wedges in a single layer within the basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they’re golden and crispy.
- Serve warm, with optional caramel sauce for dipping!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
