Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
  2. Combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all the liquid and is tender.
