- 2 cups kale (chopped)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent and fragrant.
- Crumble the sausage into the pot, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the tortellini and chopped kale, cooking until the tortellini is tender, around 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow the soup to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
