Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions until it reaches the perfect al dente texture. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
  3. Next, add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until it’s nicely browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
