Description
A cozy, satisfying Creamy Parmesan Beef Linguine with a velvety garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions until it reaches the perfect al dente texture. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
- Next, add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until it’s nicely browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and combines into a creamy sauce.
- Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet, making sure each strand is well-coated with the sauce.
- Finish by garnishing with chopped parsley before serving warm.
Notes
For richer flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine when sautéing the garlic and beef. For extra heat, add crushed red pepper flakes.
