- 4 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring broth to a rolling boil.
- Pour in the pastina and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain any remaining broth if necessary.
- Add the butter and grated cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir gently.
- Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute with non-dairy cheese and use vegetable broth. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
