Description

A quick, satisfying meal featuring tender pasta, lean turkey, and vibrant spinach in a rich, creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice: penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant.
  3. Next, add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Incorporate the fresh spinach into the skillet, cooking until it wilts. This should only take a minute or two.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring everything to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cooked pasta and add the Parmesan cheese, mixing well to combine.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove over low heat, adding a splash of milk or cream to revive the sauce’s creamy texture.
