Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Introduce the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the creamy garlic shrimp over a bed of mashed potatoes and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a burst of freshness.
