Instructions
- Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes, or until they’re fork-tender.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the aroma fills the air, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until everything is melted and smooth.

Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Add a dash of red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
