A delicious and creamy garlic-infused baby potato dish that elevates any meal with rich flavors and textures.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes, or until they’re fork-tender.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the aroma fills the air, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until everything is melted and smooth.
  7. Drain the potatoes and add to the skillet.
  8. Toss the potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce until well-coated.
  9. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Add a dash of red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
