Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the rolled oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the orange juice, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the blended mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, making sure to stir halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
- Once cool, mix in the dried cranberries.
