- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.
- Combine the funfetti cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended and smooth.
- Distribute the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Cut a hole in the center of each cupcake with a small knife to fill with edible cookie dough.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until creamy, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes generously with the cream cheese cookie dough frosting and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
