Description

Delightful cupcakes combining funfetti cake and edible cookie dough, topped with creamy frosting and sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 box funfetti cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Rainbow sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Combine the funfetti cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  3. Distribute the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  5. Cut a hole in the center of each cupcake with a small knife to fill with edible cookie dough.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until creamy, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
