- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix just until combined.
- Pour the batter into your greased baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, use a skewer to poke holes all over the cake’s surface.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cookie butter, and cinnamon.
- Pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in fully.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of extra cookie butter.

This cake can be made ahead of time and stores well in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. For best results, avoid topping with whipped cream until ready to serve.
