Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
- Cooking spray (non-stick)
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly; aim for even slices to ensure they cook uniformly.
- Whisk together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl until well combined.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Lay the banana slices in a single layer across the basket, avoiding overlap.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the banana slices.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through, until they’re crunchy and golden.
- Allow them to cool slightly before indulging in this guilt-free snack!
Notes
For added crunch, air fry a bit longer while keeping an eye on them to avoid burning.
