Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until the mixture is smooth. Allow the batter to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling it to evenly cover the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute.
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it’s hot but not boiling. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl, allowing it to sit for a minute before stirring until smooth.
- Place a crepe on a plate, fill it with fresh raspberries, drizzle with the chocolate ganache, and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Notes
For healthier alternatives, consider using whole wheat flour or dairy-free milk. Dark chocolate can be used for a richer flavor.
