- 20 Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1 package Brownie Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Chocolate Mousse
- 1/2 cup Hot Fudge Sauce
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or bag until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter to create your crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish in an even layer, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it over the baked crust.
- Bake the brownies as directed until they are just set but still a bit soft in the center.
- Let the brownies cool completely before spreading the chocolate mousse over the top layer.
- Drizzle with hot fudge sauce over the mousse.
- Top off with whipped cream before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of espresso powder to the brownie mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
