Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Melt your butter in a separate large bowl and combine it with the granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture slowly, stirring just until combined.
- Scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, making an indentation in each.
- Fill the indentation with about a teaspoon of chocolate ganache.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, looking for firm edges and soft centers.
- Transfer to a wire rack and let cool for a few minutes.
