Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a cookie dough forms.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes to help it set.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
  7. Place the sugared dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges appear set but the centers remain soft.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few moments before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
