Instructions

- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the sugared dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges appear set but the centers remain soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few moments before transferring them to a wire rack.
