- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup cocoa powder

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried strawberries or fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and strawberries, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set but still soft.
- Allow to cool slightly on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
- Dip cooled cookies into melted chocolate for an extra indulgent touch.
