- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Chocolate for dipping (melting chocolate or chocolate chips)
- Cherries (fresh or maraschino)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix package.
- Prepare the brownie mix as directed, mixing in the necessary water and oil along with the egg.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake as per the package instructions.
- Once the brownies are baked, let them cool completely before handling.
- Crumble the cooled brownies into a large bowl.
- Take a spoonful of the brownie crumbles and flatten it slightly in your palm.
- Position a cherry in the center and mold the mixture around it to form a ball.
- Continue until all brownie mix is shaped into bombs.
- Melt your chosen chocolate until smooth and dipping-ready.
- Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate and place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Allow the dipped bombs to set until the chocolate hardens.
