  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (15 oz) box chocolate cake mix
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. Beat together the melted butter and eggs until well combined in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add in the chocolate cake mix, mixing until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips to ensure every bite is packed with chocolatey goodness.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion out balls of dough about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons in size, placing them two inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
