Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Start by seasoning the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, ensuring they’re fully coated. Then, transfer them to the flour and cornstarch mixture, giving them a thorough coating.
