- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the Chilean sea bass fillets dry and season them with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Transfer the seared fillets to a baking dish.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice generously over the fillets and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
