  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken with yogurt, garam masala, cumin, and coriander. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for deeper flavor.
  2. Sauté aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until it’s browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add tomato purée: Pour in the tomato purée and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Incorporate cream: Stir in the heavy cream and salt. Let it simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
