Instructions

Rub this marinade over the chicken breasts. Grill or pan-sear the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  • Make the Caesar Dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste (if using), minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
