Ingredients

  • 4 everything bagels, cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup tomato bruschetta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the tomato bruschetta until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, cubed bagels, chopped basil, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
