- 0.25 cup Olive Oil (or vegetable oil)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional)
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out on a floured surface.
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Cut the dough into small squares or strips, aiming for about 1-inch pieces.
- Coat each piece in the garlic oil mixture.
- Layer the dough and cheeses in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic oil on top and add extra cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
