Description

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional)
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out on a floured surface.
  3. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  4. Cut the dough into small squares or strips, aiming for about 1-inch pieces.
  5. Coat each piece in the garlic oil mixture.
  6. Layer the dough and cheeses in a greased baking dish.
  7. Drizzle any remaining garlic oil on top and add extra cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
