Description

Comfort food combining buffalo chicken with creamy ranch and gooey cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
  5. Starting at the wide end, roll up the triangles toward the point, encasing the chicken filling.
  6. Arrange the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray them with cooking spray for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious creation!
