- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
- Starting at the wide end, roll up the triangles toward the point, encasing the chicken filling.
- Arrange the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray them with cooking spray for a golden finish.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown and puffed up.
