Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour batter to coat the bottom; cook until edges lift, then flip.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a bowl until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
- Spread cheesecake filling on a crepe, roll tightly, and place seam-side down. Repeat with remaining crepes.
- Top with fresh fruit and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving. Enjoy immediately!
