  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour batter to coat the bottom; cook until edges lift, then flip.
  3. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a bowl until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread cheesecake filling on a crepe, roll tightly, and place seam-side down. Repeat with remaining crepes.
