Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup peas (frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the canned salmon, spinach, and peas. Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat gently, adding a splash of olive oil if needed.
