- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Combine the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over each ear of corn, ensuring even coverage.
- Season each ear with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, making sure it’s sealed tightly.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve even cooking.
- Remove the corn from the grill and unwrap it. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, feel free to add a sprinkle of smoked paprika or chili powder to the garlic butter. If desired, you can grill the corn without foil for added smoky char.
