Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Brush the garlic butter generously over each ear of corn, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Season each ear with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, making sure it’s sealed tightly.
  6. Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve even cooking.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and unwrap it. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, feel free to add a sprinkle of smoked paprika or chili powder to the garlic butter. If desired, you can grill the corn without foil for added smoky char.
