Instructions

  2. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually combine these dry ingredients with the wet mixture to create a smooth dough.
  5. Fold in the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Sprinkle a touch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie for an enhanced flavor experience.
