- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, buffalo wing sauce, celery, carrots, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with additional buffalo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can also substitute ground turkey or lean beef for the ground chicken.
