Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  3. Combine the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  7. Fold in the rolled oats until evenly distributed.
  8. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
