Description

A comforting and creamy broccoli cheddar rice casserole that’s perfect for families and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is well blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on top.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until it’s heated through and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
