Description

Delightful Brazilian cheese bread with a crispy exterior and chewy interior, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Combine the milk, vegetable oil, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Add the tapioca flour gradually into the saucepan, stirring until smooth.
  4. Allow to cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
