Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and flour your cake pan.
  2. Combine the grated carrots, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil in a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl.
