A chilled dessert combining rich cream cheese and fresh blueberries, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine the blueberries and lemon juice in a separate pot. Cook over medium heat until bubbly and slightly thickened.
- Layer in a dish: place a layer of graham crackers, followed by a layer of the cheesecake filling and a drizzle of blueberry sauce. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze portions wrapped tightly for up to a month.
