  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the griddle and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping occasionally until they are golden and tender.
  4. Season your steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the steaks on the griddle when the potatoes are nearing completion. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove the steaks from the griddle and let them rest for a few minutes to retain their juices.
