Description

A hearty one-pan meal that combines seasoned ground beef with tender potatoes and vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking (olive oil or vegetable oil)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Add a splash of oil to the griddle, coating the surface.
  3. Cook the diced potatoes for about 10-12 minutes, until they’re golden and tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Push the potatoes aside and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  5. Incorporate the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Mix everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap ground beef for turkey or plant-based meat. Add additional vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
