- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the sour cream and cocoa powder until the mixture is completely blended.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours to firm up.
- Top with cherry pie filling and sprinkle chocolate chips on top before serving.
Notes
For a little crunch, sprinkle toasted nuts on top before serving.
