Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy banana pudding and spiced Lotus Biscoff cookies for a dreamy treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 package Lotus Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whisk the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until combined, then gently fold in the whipped topping until light and airy.
  3. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the pudding mixture, stirring until well blended.
  4. Layer Biscoff cookies, slices of banana, and the pudding mixture in a large serving dish. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
  5. Top with extra whipped topping and crumble some Biscoff cookies as a garnish.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg into the cream cheese mixture. It can also be made with other cookie types for a different twist.
