Description

A comforting and nutritious bowl filled with savory ground beef, tender mushrooms, and vibrant vegetables, all on a bed of hearty grains.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked grains (quinoa, brown rice, etc.)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in the ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and mixed vegetables, sautรฉing until everything is tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the beef and mushroom mixture over the cooked grains, garnishing with optional toppings like green onions or sesame seeds.
